THE BUSINESS CULTURE DOCTOR

The Business Culture Doctor's aim is to solve business culture problems in a minute or less by simple, straightforward expert advice based on many years of international experience of Richard Cook and his associates.  

Key business problems will be answered such as "How can I avoid offending people from a different culture? ", "How can I get different cultures to work to a common deadline?"

The Business culture doctor will deal with country-specific problems too. Here's one from a Team manager in Amsterdam. He says: “My Chinese team member is unable to receive feedback. Every time we have a team meeting and someone gives him some feedback he basically looks horrified and stops talking… What can I do?”

Problems working with the Chinese, Indians, Brazilians, Russians, Angolans and many other cultures will be answered by the Business Culture Doctor.
